No refunds or “exchanges” on DIGITAL PDF patterns once they have been emailed or downloaded. No exceptions. This includes cases where you did not read that you were buying an instant PDF downloadable (digital) pattern and thought it was a physical item – every product clearly states, multiple times in the title and text that you are purchasing a PDF downloadable (digital) pattern and that it is not a physical item.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so if you are not entirely happy with a pattern you receive, please contact us to discuss the issues, and if necessary, arrange a refund.
